Tobias is ISP Group's Chief Operating Officer and heads the Account Management department. Prior to joining ISP, Tobias worked for the Danske Bank group in Denmark as Head of Performance Management and Traction for IT and operations for corporate and institutional clients. In this role, he gained experience in project management with a particular focus on strategic planning and overseeing nearshoring, offshoring and development activities. Tobias holds a master’s degree in business administration from the Rotterdam School of Management and Fudan University and a bachelor’s degree in financial economics.
