Operations Specialist (Ticino - Remote) – 100%

You will be joining the Operations Team in Ticino as Operations Specialist (Backoffice Securities), and integrate into a successful, dynamic team. Your primary responsibilities will include: 

• Trade booking and operational support across the trade lifecycle
• Processing of securities transfers, including Free of Payment (FOP) transfers
• Handling and understanding of SWIFT messages and operational workflows relevant to securities processing
• Coordination with internal stakeholders and external counterparties/custodians to ensure accurate and timely processing
• Contribution to process improvements and operational efficiency in a structured, regulated environment
• Corporate actions processing and monitoring (e.g., coupons, redemptions etc), including timely booking and reconciliation
• Static data and instrument setup/maintenance across internal systems (e.g., SSI, securities master data) ensuring data quality and operational readiness

We are looking for candidates fitting below requirements:  

• Passionate about your work and dedicated to contributing to the success of our firm.
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in back-office securities operations, including trade booking, settlement, and securities transfers (FOP)
• Good knowledge of SWIFT (messages and operational workflows relevant to securities processing)  
• Strong reconciliation capability and ability to resolve breaks independently
• Excellent written and spoken language skills in English and good understanding of Italian (any additional languages such as German, Spanish, French or Hebrew are a plus).
• Swiss work permit
