ISP is looking for a motivated & reliable Relationship Manager Paying Agent Services
You will be joining the Paying Agents business unit in Zurich as Relationship Manager, and integrate into a successful, dynamic team.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the Head ISP Dubai with client interactions and onboardings
- Assisting in preparations for client presentations, proposals, and pitch material for business development activities
- Delivering exceptional client service by assisting and advising clients on banking matters and various inquiries
- Independently processing securities, foreign exchange, and derivatives transactions
- Managing entire client account lifecycles, including onboarding, monitoring, and closing, while ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal policies
- Acting as a diligent first line of defense by implementing the Know Your Client (KYC) principle and leading due diligence processes in coordination with product specialists
- Building, servicing, and strengthening client relationships, ensuring long-term satisfaction, loyalty, and retention of client base
- Proactively monitoring client portfolios to identify needs, gather feedback, and capture upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Collaborating with the Paying Agent team, Product Specialists, and Project Managers to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Sharing expertise and best practices with colleagues to promote continuous learning and team growth
- This role includes the daily coverage of an already existing client book
We are looking for candidates fitting below requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent education
- At least 3 years of experience in a high-standard, reputable financial institution, with a strong emphasis on Paying Agent Services and Compliance, alongside some experience in Relationship Management.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Swiss regulatory requirements, MENA expertise is a plus
- Experience in a similar position is a plus
- Fluency in English is required as well as good knowledge of German
