As an Account Manager, Patricia is responsible for the execution of payments and for several client-related services. Prior to joining ISP, Patricia acted as Deputy Branch Manager at Migros, where she gained a variety of experience in leadership and retail management over a period of twelve years. This taught her analytical and networked thinking, such as strong communication skills. She is fluent in German, English, Albanian and Serbo-Croatian.
