Mark A. Schrackmann

Mark is General Counsel and Head Legal & Compliance at ISP Group, with extensive experience in legal, regulatory and compliance matters in the financial services industry. Prior to joining ISP Group, he advised on financial services regulatory and compliance matters at a Big Four firm. He also gained experience at a leading Swiss private bank, the Department for Economic Affairs of the Canton of Zurich and a Swiss law firm. Mark is a co-author of legal publications. He holds a licentiate degree in law (lic. iur. / Master of Law) from the University of Zurich, a Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) in Financial Market Law, and an LL.M. in Banking and Financial Markets Law.
