Kristina leads ISP Group’s activities in Dubai, overseeing the firm’s strategic development and regulatory alignment in the region. Her expertise lies in structuring solutions such as Shariah-compliant AMCs, Luxembourg-based note issuances, and private market-linked investments. She focuses on strengthening client relationships and expanding the firm’s regional footprint. With a background in structured finance and capital markets, Kristina works with asset managers, private banks, and family offices to deliver tailored, investment solutions. Prior to ISP, she held roles in the banking sector, including at UBS’s Private Banking Russia Desk. Kristina holds a Bachelor's in International Management from Zurich University of Applied Sciences and studied at Plekhanov Russian University of Economics in Moscow
