Andy Shasha
Relationship Manager | Zurich
Andy Shasha is a Relationship Manager within the Securitization team. He has a strong and well-rounded background in both financial services and technology. Prior to joining ISP, he worked as a Strategy Consultant at Deloitte in Luxembourg, where he advised clients across Investment Management, Banking, and Private Equity. His focus was on due diligence related to trade execution and settlement, which gives him a solid foundation in the operational and strategic processes that are closely aligned with our own activities in the Paying Agent team.
In addition to his finance background, Andy has a strong affinity for data and technology. Academically, Andy holds a Master’s degree in Entrepreneurship, having graduated with honors from HEC Paris and École Polytechnique. His academic journey reflects his analytical mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, and strong motivation to drive results.
On a personal level, Andy is truly international: he is fluent in English, Hebrew, Arabic, and German, and has elementary in Spanish.
