Alain Brunschwiler started his financial career at UBS in Equity Sales & Trading on the Zürich Stock Exchange in 1984. He has afterwards spent several years at Nomura Bank, Crédit Lyonnais Securities and Bank Vontobel.
Alain held the position of Head of European Convertible Bonds & Equities-Linked at Jefferies International Ltd. for 15 years and developed the Zürich branch as Head of Brokerage followed by seven years at Bridport & Co as a Fixed Income Specialist. Alain has a profound cross asset class understanding of financial instruments, deep and broad experience in dealing with institutional clients and complex situations. Alain graduated from the Executive Education Program at the Stanford School of Business University and is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) Charterholder.
