ISP Securities Ltd. (“ISP”) joins leading institutional crypto venue to offer state-of-the-art trading capabilities through sponsored access

ISP is proud to announce that it has joined RULEMATCH, the leading institutional trading and settlement venue for cryptocurrencies and digital assets. As a participant on the RULEMATCH venue, ISP aims to bring a new standard for secure and efficient large-scale trading of BTC and ETH with a new sponsored access trading offering for its institutional clients.

ISP Securities Ltd. is a privately owned FINMA-licensed Swiss securities firm, which recently entered the market of digital assets. With offices in Zurich and Geneva, ISP’s  approx. 85 finance professionals service clients in the areas of  paying agent services, securitization, structured products, asset & wealth management, private markets, trading and bond brokerage.  ISP Group has subsidiaries in Tel Aviv, Dubai and Hong Kong.

RULEMATCH is the leading Swiss crypto and digital asset trading venue, built on the state-of-the-art Nasdaq technology stack, offering institutional grade ultra-low latency trading of digital assets to its licensed exchange participants.

Thanks to the sophisticated account setup, granular permissioning system and industry-standard access protocols on RULEMATCH, ISP offers its institutional clients a sponsored access to the trading venue for trading BTC and ETH (versus USD) in an anonymous central limit order book at very competitive rates.

ISP’s institutional clients get direct access to the interbank marketplace of RULEMATCH, while ISP ensures the smooth facilitation of clearing and settlement for its clients’ trading activities as a direct clearing member on the venue.

As a Swiss FINMA-licensed securities firm, ISP ensures bank-standard compliance and security for its clients who are interested in custody combined with super efficient trading of digital assets, as well as assets insured by the Swiss deposit protection rules.

Serving exclusively as a market operator, RULEMATCH allows its participants – banks and securities firms – to trade and settle among themselves. RULEMATCH is never a counterparty in trading and settlement. Liquidity on the venue is guaranteed by regulated, designated market makers.

The offering of ISP is available as of September 1st and new clients interested in crypto and digital assets – with more efficient trading and with competitive fees – are welcome to contact ISP. We are keen to take on new clients interested in getting into digital assets, or just looking for a more efficient trading setup at reduced costs.

In addition to the sponsored access trading, ISP offers custody of digital assets and other related digital asset services.
