Throughout my career, I have gained a deep understanding of the fixed income market. I am a Structured Products and AMC Advisor with a strong background in financial markets. Prior to joining ISP, I developed in-depth expertise in the structured products industry through roles at Morgan Stanley and Société Générale, where I was responsible for covering both the Swiss and French markets. At ISP, I focus on serving French-speaking clients, which I greatly enjoy. Additionally, ISP offers me a lucrative remuneration system, and the possibility to thrive within a close-knit team of like-minded colleagues.

Julia - Zurich
I am a finance professional with over 25 years of experience, specializing in Securitisation. Currently, I lead the Paying Agent Services team, where we focus on providing tailored structuring solutions to meet our clients' unique needs. Before joining ISP, I held senior management roles at top-tier financial institutions, including UBS and the former Credit Suisse. My experience has shaped my approach to delivering thoughtful, strategic solutions for those I work with. At ISP, I am constantly encouraged to grow and develop my talents, which has led to achievements that were beyond my expectations.

Pakesh - Dubai
Before joining ISP’s Dubai office in 2025, I worked for Stifel Nicolaus Europe as part of the Emerging Markets Fixed Income Sales team, covering the MENA and LATAM regions. Prior to that, I was with Mitsubishi Financial Group in Institutional Fixed Income Sales, focusing on clients across the MENA and Nordic regions, including hedge funds, private banks, and asset managers. I greatly appreciate the flat hierarchies at ISP, and the entrepreneurial spirit, which allows me to develop and present my own business cases.
