ISP Group is strengthening its securitisation business with the hiring of Laureen Ligozat.
We are pleased to announce the hire of Laureen Ligozat as a Structured Finance Specialist. The new hire will further strengthen the securitisation team by providing substantial expertise in securitisation services and adding another layer to the end-to-end services for clients.
Laureen Ligozat has extensive knowledge in the field of business development and structured products, gained at UBS, Vontobel and GenTwo. In her role at ISP Group, Laureen will build a securitisation team to provide services to convert assets or investment strategies into financial instruments (Structured Products, Funds Units, ABS, ETP, Certificates, Notes). Laureen will be assisting ISP Group’s clients through the securitisation process, including the funding assessment, the preparation and structuring of the transaction, the rating and due diligence, the transaction management, closing the deal coordinating with all involved parties and providers and the post-issuance process. ISP Group's clients will have the possibility to select amongst different jurisdictions, including Luxembourg, Jersey, Guernsey, Malta, and Liechtenstein.
