Carmen Sameja-Jaberg appointed to ISP Group’s Executive Board

We celebrate International Women’s Day 2021 and we welcome an amazing woman to our Executive Board!

We would like to congratulate Carmen Sameja-Jaberg, our new General Counsel, for joining the executive team. Carmen joined ISP Group as Head of Legal & Compliance last June and prior to that, she held positions at PwC Legal in Banking, Blockchain and Compliance as well as various Executive Legal and Compliance positions at UBS, at Goldman Sachs for a decade, Deutsche Bank (Deutsche Insurance Asset Management / DWS) and UBP.

According to Carmen, “It is truly an honor and privilege to join ISP Group’s Executive Board along with Marco A. Bartolucci, CFA, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Executive Board, Harald Siegel, Chief Financial Officer and Christian Eckenberg , Chief Operating Officer. Legal and Compliance is a key priority for ISP Group, as a FINMA regulated firm providing a wide range of financial services and products. The fact that, at ISP Group, Legal and Compliance operates as an independent Executive Board-level function embeds this function into our everyday activities and reinforces a culture of compliance across the entire organization, which is vital in order to build and maintain the trust of our clients and protect the interests of our stakeholders.”
