Before joining ISP, Nivia held several positions at banks in Switzerland, including Swiss Bank Corporation, UBS and Societe Generale. She has many years of experience in various back-office areas, such as securities and payments. Moreover, she has also spent time working as an account manager for financial institutions and as a quality check manager. At UBS in St. Helier, she was employed as a specialist in OTC FX exotics and structured products for the business migration from Zurich to St. Helier.
