Carmen is ISP’s General Counsel. Prior to joining ISP, Carmen held senior positions at PwC Legal in the Banking, Fintech and Blockchain Team as well as various executive Legal and Compliance positions at UBS, at Goldman Sachs for a decade, as Head Compliance at Deutsche Bank (Deutsche Insurance Asset Management/DWS) and as Head Legal and Compliance Zurich/Basel and SME AML Switzerland and Group at UBP Zurich. She studied at the University of Berne and is an Attorney-at-law, admitted to the Swiss Bar.
